Get in touch by phone, email or through our contact form. Tell us about the property – the address, type, approximate age and any specific concerns. We will advise the right service and provide a clear quote, usually within a few hours.
Receive Your Quote
We provide a transparent, fixed-fee quote based on the property details. No hidden charges. The quote explains what is included and the expected turnaround time for your report.
Instruct & Book
Confirm your instruction and we handle everything from there. We contact the estate agent or vendor directly to arrange a convenient inspection date, and keep you informed throughout.
Inspection
Your surveyor attends the property and conducts a thorough, methodical inspection. For a Level 2 this typically takes 1 to 2 hours on site; for a Level 3, around 2 to 4 hours depending on the property.
Report Delivered
You receive your report within 3 to 5 working days, written in plain English with clear condition ratings, practical advice and prioritised recommendations. No unnecessary jargon.
Follow-Up
Once you have read your report, we are available to talk through the findings, answer questions and help you understand what the results mean for your purchase or property decision. There is no time limit on this.
